We want you to be happy with any products you purchase from us. If for any reason you are unsatisfied please return your products to 06830Gift within 14 days of the shipping date in the same unused condition including any attachments to these products. 06830Gifts will gladly refund your purchase. We will attach a 50% restocking fee for any items returned after 14 days. We are unable to pay for any shipping and handling fees. Anys items that are not resaleable or not due to our company error will be subject to the same 50% restocking fee. There is no return policy for any personalized or custom made products. Many of our products are custom and hand made so minor imperfections may result but the beauty, color and style of these products are enriched by the artists creativity. All products should be returned to 06830Gifts, 522 East Putnam Avenue, Greenwich, CT 06830. You must call 203-340-2963 prior to returning your products and receive a RETURN MERCHANDISE NUMBER. WE DO NOT ISSUE CREDIT WITHOUT YOUR RETURN MERCHANDISE NUMBER. We will exchange products from your order with the products are returned as stated above.
